Mark Furse is Professor of Competition Law and Policy at the School of Law, University of Glasgow. He has worked in competition law for 30 years, and has taught in leading universities around the world. He is the author of a number of books, and many journal articles, focussing on competition law in the United Kingdom and the European Union, and in more recent years in East Asia and China. He is on the editorial board of the European Competition Journal and the European Competition Law Review. He has advised and trained national agencies and judiciaries in a number of states.
