Michael is a barrister based in Melbourne. He practises in commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporations law, property, equity, trusts, wills and estates, competition and consumer law, banking and finance, administrative law, public law and professional negligence and discipline. He has published on Bankruptcy, Company Liquidation, Torts, Remedies for Breach of Confidence and other areas. He was awarded the Victorian Bar’s pro bono trophy in 2019. He has previously taught in the Law School’s LLB and Melbourne Law Masters programs, and currently teaches Insolvency Law in the JD program.
