Peter Fox is a practising Barrister. He graduated LLB(Hons) from the University of Melbourne in 1974. He was admitted to practice in 1975 and is qualified to practise in all Australian States and Territories as well as in New York State and Papua New Guinea.
He has had extensive experience in Australian and international infrastructure, mining and oil and gas projects and their financing, in private practise as a partner of a leading Australian law firm, as counsel, and with the World Bank in Washington DC.
Peter has taught undergraduate and graduate students (part time) at the University of Melbourne, at LaTrobe University and at RMIT in Melbourne, at the University of Singapore, and at Georgetown University, Washington DC, where he was an Adjunct Professor for International Monetary and Finance Law.
Peter has written extensively on project finance. He designed, and has taught, Project Finance in the Melbourne Law School since 1997.
