Robert Chambers is a Professor of Private Law in the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London. He practised as a barrister and solicitor in Alberta before obtaining his DPhil from the University of Oxford under the supervision of Professor Peter Birks. He has been a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne and a professor at the University of Alberta and University College London. He is the author of Resulting Trusts (Oxford 1997) and An Introduction to Property Law in Australia (3rd ed, Sydney 2013), the chief examiner in equity and trusts for the University of London International Programs, and a member of the editorial boards for the Journal of Equity and Trust Law International.
