Professor Hanrahan is one of Australia’s leading authorities on corporate law and financial services regulation. In addition to her academic career at the UNSW Business School and, previously, the Melbourne Law School, she has over two decades’ experience as a lawyer advising financial services firms and is a former Regional Commissioner and Special Counsel of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
