Dr Paul Ali is an Associate Professor in the Law School and a member of the Law School's Centre for Corporate Law and Securities Regulation. Paul has published widely on banking and finance law, in particular on the legal design and regulation of structured financial products. Paul has worked in the banking & finance and corporate groups of two national law firms. He has also worked in the securitisation team of a bank, and has been a principal of a private capital firm and a consultant with a corporate governance advisory firm.
