Admission to Practice

Admission to Practice in Victoria

Student Conduct Reports

Law graduates who wish to apply for Admission to Practice in Victoria are required by the Board of Examiners to provide a Student Conduct Report (SCR) from the University for any course in which they have been enrolled. This includes law graduates of other universities who were previously enrolled in a course of study at the University of Melbourne.

The University of Melbourne will provide an SCR at a cost per report upon request using the Request and Consent form (PDF, 260KB) . You should allow two weeks for the processing of your request so that the appropriate checks can be undertaken and the report produced.

The SCR will be sent directly to the Board of Examiners and a copy will be posted to your home address as supplied on the form.

When you log onto the eCommerce site to order a SRC (and upload your consent form) you can also order an academic transcript and the Enrolment and Academic Records team will send both to the Victorian Legal Admission Board.
