Andrew’s research focuses on philosophy of law and philosophical logic. He also has interests in constitutional law and the structure of private law.

Andrew is completing a DPhil in Philosophy at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Timothy Endicott and Timothy Williamson. His dissertation is on the logic of obligation.

Andrew was previously associate to Justice Hayne of the High Court of Australia. He also practised commercial law. He took his BA and LLB at the University of Melbourne.

At Melbourne Law School he teaches Trusts and Legal Method and Reasoning, and has been a research associate at the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies.
