Brian Arnold is Senior Adviser, Canadian Tax Foundation. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and taught tax law at a Canadian law school for many years. He has been a consultant to various governments, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations. He was a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School from 2005 to 2011, New York University Law School in 2005 and 2012, and has taught international tax courses at the University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne.
He is the author of Reforming Canada's International Tax System: Toward Coherence and Simplicity (2009) and (with Hugh J. Ault) principal author, Comparative Income Taxation: A Structural Analysis (3rd ed.)
