Duy Dam is a Director with the Inspector-General of Taxation (IGT). In this role, he has led a number of the IGT’s broader reviews, including those examining alternative dispute resolution, superannuation excess contributions tax and taxpayer protections. He also undertakes complex complaints investigations and is responsible for the IGT’s privacy and freedom of information functions. Prior to joining the IGT, Duy was a Senior Lawyer with the Australian Taxation Office. He holds honours degrees in Law and Commerce as well as a Master of Laws from Monash University.
