Judy Fudge is Professor at the University of Kent, which she joined in 2013 after teaching in Canadian law schools since 1987. She was a Braudel Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence in 2012, and in 2014/15 was the France-ILO Chair/Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Nantes, France. Her research interests include Canadian, UK, European and international employment and labour history, the nexus between immigration and labour law, equality rights at work, precarious work, gender and labour law and labour rights as human rights.
