Overview
Simon Frauenfelder is a barrister at the Victorian Bar, practising in commercial and public law, with a focus on the intersection between private law and government. He practices primarily in regulatory proceedings, major torts, class actions, administrative law as well as Royal Commissions and inquiries.
For 18-months in 2015 and 2016, Simon was Associate to the Honourable Justice Michelle Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia.
Prior to coming to the Bar, he was a Senior Associate in the litigation department of Corrs Chambers Westgarth, practising in commercial, regulatory and white-collar crime matters.
His worked has been appeared in publications including the Australian Law Journal, Criminal Law Journal and Building and Construction Law Journal.
