Rose Bryant-Smith is a workplace relations, ethics and dispute resolution advisor at Worklogic, and a professional company director.
Her book Workplace Investigations (2nd ed) was published by Wolters Kluwer CCH in 2018. Her second book Fix Your Team was published by Wiley in 2018.
Rose is a BA/LLB(Hons) graduate of the university, and a former member of the editorial board of the Melbourne University Law Review. She previously worked as a litigation lawyer and workplace relations Senior Associate at Allens Linklaters and Clayton Utz, before founding consultancy Worklogic in 2007.
In 2017 Rose was the Human Rights Law Fellow at Mercy Global Action at the United Nations, New York, focusing on trafficking in persons (modern slavery). She was a Vincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethics and Leadership in 2008-2009, researching work and self-identity. She is a professional non-executive director and committee member at the Australian Association of Workplace Investigators, Homeward Bound, and the Queen Elizabeth Centre (appointed by the Minister for Health).
