Tim LindseyOur heartfelt congratulations go to CILIS Director, Professor Tim Lindsey, who was awarded the Order of Australia in the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honours.

This award recognises Tim's 'distinguished service in international relations, particularly in promoting understanding between Indonesia and Australia, as an academic, and to legal education in Islamic law’.

Tim was the Director of the ALC from 2000 to 2012, and continues as Associate Director (Indonesia).

We are very proud of Tim and all he has achieved!

Wendy Ng's Book to be Launched at UN Meeting

The Political Economy of Competition Law in China' by Wendy NgDr Wendy Ng's book, The Political Economy of Competition Law in China, will be launched at the Seventeenth Meeting of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy being held at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland from 11-13 July 2018. The book launch is being hosted by the UNCTAD Competition and Consumer Policies Branch. This meeting is the United Nations’ annual meeting on issues relating to competition law and policy.
