Ben Lilley is Technical Officer, Legislation and Regulation, in the Health Law and Ethics team of the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific, based in Manila, Philippines. His work focuses on supporting WHO’s Member States to strengthen their legal frameworks for health across a range of areas including public health, health emergencies, and health systems and services. Prior to this, Ben worked with WHO in Solomon Islands and as a lawyer in the Australian Government in the areas of climate change and renewable energy. He is admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
