Anurag Bhaskar

Anurag Bhaskar

Anurag Bhaskar is an Assistant Professor of Law at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), India, and an Affiliate Faculty at the Centre on the Legal Profession, Harvard Law School. Currently on leave from JGU, he serves as Additional Registrar at the Supreme Court of India and Director of its in-house think tank, the Centre for Research and Planning, w.e.f. 1 June 2025. He has previously worked as an Officer on Special Duty (Research) at the National Legal Services Authority. Anurag has held fellowships at Harvard Law School and the University of Oxford. In recognition of his scholarship, he was conferred the Bluestone Rising Scholar Award by Brandeis University, USA. His writings have been published in leading academic journals, newspapers, and digital platforms, and have been cited in three judgments of the Supreme Court of India. His book, The Foresighted Ambedkar: Ideas That Shaped Indian Constitutional Discourse, was published by Penguin in 2024. His co-edited book "Justice for the Nation: Reflections on 75 Years of the Supreme Court of India" brings together essays by jurists, former judges, senior advocates, scholars, and corporate leaders to mark the 75th anniversary of the Supreme Court of India.

Farrah Ahmed

Professor Farrah Ahmed

Farrah Ahmed is a Professor at Melbourne Law School. Her research spans legal theory, constitutional law, administrative law and family law. Her work including on judicial review, citizenship, secularism, religious freedom and social rights, has been published in the Modern Law Review, the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, the Cambridge Law Journal and the International Journal of Constitutional Law. Her book Religious Freedom under the Personal Law System was published by Oxford University Press. Farrah is a co-founding General Editor of the Indian Law Review. She has served as Associate Dean for Research at Melbourne Law School. She also serves as Associate Director (India) of the Asian Law Centre. Farrah was a Laurance S. Rockefeller Visiting Faculty Fellow at Princeton University (2022-23). She has held visiting appointments at the National University of Singapore, the University of Cambridge, University College London, the University of Oxford and the University of Toronto. Since 2019, Farrah has served on an Advisory Committee of the Australian Law Reform Commission and has served as the Attorney-General's nominee to select tribunal members. She works collaboratively with a range of public interest practitioners and organisations. Before joining Melbourne Law School in 2012, Farrah was a Lecturer in Law at the Queen's College, University of Oxford. Her educational history includes an LLB from the University of Delhi, a Bachelor of Civil Law, an MPhil in law and a DPhil in law from the University of Oxford.

Dr Hari Bapuji

Hari Bapuji is a Professor of Strategic Management and International Business at The University of Melbourne, Australia. His scholarship is focused on the relationship between socioeconomic inequalities and organisations. His research appeared in the world’s leading management journals and has also been noted for its impact on practice and policy. He lived and worked in Australia, Canada, India, and Singapore. He serves as a co-editor of Business & Society, a leading journal dedicated to research on issues that matter to both business and society. Dr Snehanjali Chrispal

Snehanjali Chrispal is a Lecturer in Business Ethics at the Department of Management, Monash Business School, Monash University, Australia. She researches inequality and organisations, particularly human rights issues like caste, gender and violence. She has published in leading management journals, like the Academy of Management Annals, Organisation Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, and has won awards for her research.
