Why We are Failing in our Response, Could Indonesia have Done Better?
Dr. Pandu Riono is a Senior Staff at the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Public Health. He was the recipient of Fogarty Fellowship and completed his PhD at UCLA in 2001, entitled, ‘Sexual Network among Men and STD/HIV Epidemic in Indonesia’. Since 2010, Dr. Pandu Riono has held the position of Technical Consultant on the national TB program, Developing National TB Estimation Methods, and he is a member of Indonesia TB Research Network, JetSet. Dr. Pandu Riono has prior experience as an International Consultant for UNICEF Bangkok and for WHO Geneva. He is currently active as a member of the TB and HIV Experts Commission with the Ministry of Health and as a consultant for on-going projects with the World-Bank, UNICEF, USAID, ADB and AusAID.
