Richard Comerford is currently an Independent Expert advising firms in regards to Financial Performance and Measurement. Prior to this role Richard was Head of Organisational Development at Australia's fifth largest chartered accounting firm, BDO Australia. As Head of Learning & Development, Richard has extensive experience in designing, implementing, marketing and measuring strategic learning & development initiatives. With strong leadership and influencing skills, Richard is recognised for his ability to work with learners to create accounting programs that generate engagement and insight.
