The Event Support Officer will arrive and unlock the venue(s) prior to the booking and set up the room if required. The Event Support Officer will be scheduled for 30 minutes prior to the event to help with setup, and 30 minutes after the event for packing down.
There is a minimum cost of three hours on weekdays that are not public holidays, and four hours on public holidays and weekends.
Event Support Officer | For the first 3 Hours (4 hours on weekends and public holidays) or part thereof (minimum charge) | Per hour or part thereof |
---|---|---|
Weekdays | $240 | $80 |
Saturdays | $360 | $90 |
