Overview

Anmol Jain is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School, India. He holds law degrees from National Law University, Jodhpur, and Yale Law School, and was the 2023–24 Fox International Fellow at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on constitutional law, particularly on institutional design, political parties, and the intersection of constitutional law and politics from a comparative perspective. He recently co-edited Indian Constitutionalism at Crossroads: 2014–2024, which explores the trajectory of Indian constitutionalism during the Modi era through multiple lenses. Jain also serves as an Associate Editor of the Indian Law Review, a leading South Asia–focused law journal, and sits on the Advisory Board of Verfassungsblog, a global platform for constitutional and international law analysis.
