Ben Dziekan

Overview

Ben Dziekan is a registered Australian Patent and Trade Marks attorney based in Melbourne. Ben’s practice focuses on patent and design protection across a broad spectrum of mechanical and related engineering technologies, advising clients ranging from start-ups through to established industry leaders.

Prior to entering the Intellectual Property (IP) profession, Ben gained several years of industry experience across mechanical engineering and marketing roles. He has a particular interest in sports technology, having played a key role in the development of the pink ball for Day/Night Test Cricket, and contributing to the adoption of reduced-water surfaces for elite field hockey worldwide.
