Darryl Smith is a Partner of Clyde & Co.
Darryl defends London market and domestic insurance clients in directors and officers, professional indemnity and casualty insurance claims. Darryl also provides coverage advice and assists his clients with compliance and regulatory issues unique to the insurance industry. He has a strong interest in emerging risks and the development of new insurance products.
Darryl is recognised in Best Lawyers Australia for Professional Malpractice, as a Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer in 2019 and 2020 and is a contributing author for two insurance chapters of Drone Law and Policy: Global Development, Risks, Regulation and Insurance (Routledge, 2021).
