Ilsa Kuiper

Overview

Ilsa Kuiper is currently undertaking PhD research into BIM and public infrastructure project procurement at the University of Melbourne. Prior to this, Ilsa practised as a construction lawyer in Sydney and Melbourne. She advised government and private clients on construction project related matters, including procurement and contract administration issues. Before joining the legal profession, Ilsa worked as a qualified civil engineer in the engineering and environmental consulting industry.
