Jodie Fox is a Director at Worklogic, a boutique consultancy dedicated to assisting employers mitigate the risk of workplace conflict and build great places to work. Jodie specialises in workplace investigations, and has conducted hundreds of these across many different contexts from Reportable Conduct to Public Interest Disclosures. She is passionate about affording procedural fairness in workplace investigations to obtain robust findings.
Working previously as an employment lawyer at Minter Ellison and at the Department of Employment, Workplace Relations and Small Business, Jodie has also worked in house at some of Australia’s largest organisations including Australia Post and the Coles Group.
