Overview

Joseph Xuereb is a Senior Associate at MinterEllison, working across both contentious and non‑contentious construction and infrastructure matters. He acts for principals, developers, contractors and government, with a practice spanning contract negotiation, formation, review and administration through to litigation, arbitration, expert determination and statutory adjudication (including under the security of payment legislation in all Australian jurisdictions).
