Overview
Kylie is a Senior Counsel at the Victorian Bar where she practises predominantly in public and administrative law. Kylie is an expert on statutory human rights legislation in Australia. She is widely published on this topic including co-author three leading textbooks on the Victorian and Queensland Human Rights Acts. In 2019, she was appointed on the Human Rights Advisory Panel to the Queensland Parliament.
She holds first-class honours undergraduate degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Law (first-class honours) from the University of Cambridge.
