Overview

Lindy Golding (LLB (Adelaide) (Hons), Master of Laws (Cantab), Grad Dip IntelProp (Bristol) returned to Melbourne after more than 20 years based in London as a lawyer and partner at international firm Lovells (now Hogan Lovells). During her time at Lovells, her practice covered the contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law, information technology law, media and privacy law with responsibility for the international copyright practice of the firm. She became an accredited mediator with Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in 1998.

She was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1986 and in England and Wales in 1988.

Lindy taught Confidentiality and Privacy in the Graduate Diploma of Intellectual Property Law and Practice at the University of Bristol and University of Oxford.
