Luis Eslava is Reader in international law at Kent Law School, Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School, and International Professor at Universidad Externado de Colombia. He also serves as Programme Faculty at the Institute for Global Law and Policy (IGLP) Global Workshops, Harvard Law School. He teaches and writes in the areas of international law, international economic law, international development and global governance, law and development, international legal theory and history, and anthropology of international law. He is Co-Director of the Centre for Critical International Law (CeCIL) at the University of Kent, and Co-Director of the International Law and Politics Collaborative Research Network at the American Law and Society Association (LSA).
