Luis Eslava is Professor of International Law at Kent Law School, Research Professor of International Law at La Trobe School of Law, and Senior Fellow at Melbourne Law School. He is also an International Professor at Universidad Externado de Colombia and he serves as Programme Faculty at the Institute for Global Law and Policy (IGLP) Global Workshops, Harvard Law School. He teaches and writes in the areas of international law, international development, international economic law, international legal theory and history and anthropology of international law. He is Co-Director of the International Law and Politics Collaborative Research Network at the American Law and Society Association (LSA) and Director of the international research initiative Ruptures21.
