Marcus practices as a barrister at the Victorian Bar in intellectual property law. He is experienced in proceedings concerning patent revocation and infringement, copyright infringement, trade mark infringement and related consumer protection law claims and passing off, and proceedings concerning allegations of misuse of confidential information and related breaches of employment duties. Prior to joining the Victorian Bar in 2014, Marcus was a Senior Associate in the intellectual property group at Ashurst Australia.
