Overview

Monica is a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne where she also co-teaches Taxation Law and Policy in the JD. Monica is doing a PhD on inheritance and wealth taxation.

Monica holds a Master of Laws (Deakin University) and a BA/LLB (La Trobe University). She previously taught taxation law at Deakin University. Monica’s research interests include taxation of individuals, wealth taxation, the not-for-profit sector, international taxation, and theories of tax justice.
