Nadia Odorico

Overview

Nadia is a partner of BOSH IP, which she co-founded in 2018. As a patent attorney Nadia uses her mechanical engineering background to advise clients on IP services from a commercial perspective. Nadia drafts and prosecutes patents and also provides infringement/validity analysis and strategic advice, for a wide range of inventions including in the construction industry, medical devices, consumer goods, and more. Nadia also works at The Décor Corporation Pty Ltd, a consumer goods developer and manufacturer, as their Global Intellectual Property Manager. There she offers a practical perspective to in-house IP services in the broader context of an international design and manufacturing business. Nadia has 30 years’ experience in intellectual property.
