Overview

Dr Paul Tracey is a dual-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a degree in law and 35 years of experience of international construction projects around the World. An experienced Claims Manager, Commercial Manager and Expert Witness, he has been instructed on complex disputes in the following sectors: building, manufacturing, nuclear, offshore and onshore oil and gas, petrochemical, pipelines, power, process, rail, renewable energy and utilities. Paul’s research focus is on the influence of national culture on time and money claims on international construction projects and he completed his PhD on this topic. Paul teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in construction law as well as leading the Construction Law and Practice LLM/MSc programme at the University of Salford.
