Overview
Peter is principal of Hallett Grant lawyers, and Senior Legal Counsel with The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research.
His legal practice focuses on IP and commercial law, including IP licensing and the commercialisation of technology. Since 2001, Peter has been subject co-ordinator for the Melbourne Law School subject Licensing Law and Technology Transfer.
He was previously a director of Watermark IP Lawyers and a principal of Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers.
