Overview

Rodd Levy is a Partner in Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne, where he practices in corporate and commercial Law. He has particular expertise in company takeovers and is the author of the well-known book, Takeovers Law & Strategy (6th edition, 2022). He was a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2007 to 2019.

Rodd has advised on a wide range of takeover and related matters for over 35 years, including some of Australia's best-known and most complex transactions.
