Overview

Shannon is qualified in both taxation and accounting and has nearly 20 years of experience in advising Multinational companies. After 12 years with the Big 4, Shannon left as a principal in the international tax/transfer pricing team to work for herself to achieve a better work life balance with her young family. Shannon has extensive transfer pricing experience with Australian and foreign multinational companies, having spent 8 years abroad (split between the USA and Europe). This experience includes all aspects of transfer pricing including the overall project manager, transfer pricing and operational implementation for large-scale business transformation projects. Shannon has hands-on implementation experience with supply chain issues include managing interrelationships between international tax, accounting, IT systems, training of operations personnel and transfer pricing.

Shannon also teaches the transfer pricing subject at the University of Melbourne as part of their international tax masters program.

Working as an extension to the finance teams of Multinationals, Shannon prepares Global and Australian transfer pricing studies, as well as transfer pricing sections of tax return filings.
