- Organised Sports Law and Integrity Workshop (hosted at K&L Gates and sponsored by the Australian Government through the Australia-Korea Foundation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade). We focused on match-fixing in Australia and South Korea and hosted participants from overseas and across Australia.

- Hosted well-known Japanese insolvency specialists Takashi Sonoo Esq. (Nishimura & Asahi), Mr Shinjiro Takagi (Nomura) and Associate Professor Jin Chun (Doshisha University)
- Trained participants in Australia/Japan Co-Mediation Initiative in Hague Matters for the Family Court of Australia. Participants travelled to Japan to undertake co-mediation training in September 2015. Training in Japan went a long way to formulating a Hague Co-Mediation model to reflect the needs of families in cross border family disputes between Australia and Japan.
- Hosted high level visits to MLS by Korean prosecutors and members of the Japanese judiciary.
