On 7 March this year the Australian Human Rights Commission released its position paper on a proposed model for a Human Rights Act for Australia. The Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies was pleased to co-host a conversation between two of Australia’s most highly respected legal academics to discuss the features of this model and its merits.
