Working Papers
The Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law publishes research by its Members, Associates, and other experts in the field of employment and labour relations law through a periodic working paper series. The topics covered span a wide range of issues within the field of labour law and labour market regulation. These include the regulation of individual work relationships, discrimination in the labour market, the functioning of courts and other dispute resolution bodies, occupational health and safety, collective labour relations, comparative labour law, international labour standards, as well as unemployment law and policy. The series also highlights the Centre's ongoing research on the structure and regulation of labour markets, both in Australia and internationally, featuring papers on labour law in the Asia-Pacific region, Southern Africa, and Europe.
