The Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law plays a leading role in the Asia Pacific region in the provision of graduate legal education in Australian, international and comparative labour relations law.

Members and associates of the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law, together with international visiting scholars, are responsible for teaching all subjects in the graduate program in employment and labour relations law.

Most subjects are offered on an intensive basis, allowing busy practitioners, as well as interstate and international visitors, to participate. The subjects in the graduate program in labour relations law cover issues relating to the regulation of working relationships and conditions, enterprise bargaining, discrimination and health and safety.
