Professor Mirza Buana was inaugurated as Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law and Human Rights in 2023. He began his undergraduate studies in 2021 at the Faculty of Law, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) and continued his master's studies in Constitutional Law at the Islamic University of Indonesia. In 2012, Prof. Mirza left for his Doctoral studies in Comparative Constitutional Law at TC Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, Australia.
Professor Mirza has been actively participating in international conferences since 2009. He is also active in participating in training in the form of short courses or fellowships related to Law and Human Rights at the national and international levels.
He has published in at least seven international journals, mainly relating to discussions on human rights, particularly those related to indigenous communities.
