About the seminar
The MLS Human Rights Program were pleased to host a conversation with Arvind Ganesan, who discussed his work with Human Rights Watch to expose human rights abuses linked to businesses in range of contexts including the extractive industries, private security providers, international financial institutions, supply chain monitoring and predatory practices against the poor. Arvind’s work spans a range of jurisdictions throughout Africa, North and South America and Asia. His most recent work focuses on predatory lending practices on Native American reservations in the USA.
Arvind Ganesan is the Director of the Economic Justice and Rights Division at Human Rights Watch.
