Nuria Yu

Nuria Khasim Yu is a JD student and an Uyghur human rights advocate. Her advocacy has been featured by Amnesty International, Young Australians in International Affairs, Young Diplomats Society, Radio Free Asia, 3aw and The Project. Nuria is currently undertaking a legal internship at the Australian Centre for International Justice. She has volunteered as a facilitator with UN Youth Victoria, worked as a Research Assistant at the School of Social and Political Sciences and interned at the Parliament of Victoria. She has also volunteered extensively in the field of refugee support and empowerment.
