Student Working Paper Series
In 2023, the MLS Human Rights Program created a working paper series to recognise and promote the high quality and innovative scholarship in the field of human rights which is being produced by MLS students enrolled in the JD, LLM and RHD programs. The selection of papers for publication in the series involves review by at least 2 members of the MLS faculty to determine whether the submission satisfies the criteria required for publication. Generally, papers will have received a strong first class honours grade, will be innovative and offer a novel perspective on a human rights issue that warrants their inclusion in the series. Submissions should be made to – John Tobin or MLS Human Rights Program.
