Obligations Workshop 2025

On 26 March 2025, the Obligations Group hosted the annual MLS Obligations Workshop, convened by Professor Ying Khai Liew.

The annual MLS Obligations Workshop is a forum for invited private law colleagues to present and discuss works-in-progress in an intimate and collegiate setting. Each workshop coincides with the visit of an international private law scholar who also gives the annual Allen Hope Southey Lecture. The 2025 Allen Hope Southey Lecture was delivered by Professor Lusina Ho (University of Hong Kong), on the topic 'Breaking Trust Law Boundaries for Impact Investing'.
