Disability Services
This guide is a brief introduction to some of the disability services provided at the Law Library.
Location
The Law Library is located in the Law School building at 185 Pelham Street, Carlton. The nearest tram stop is the Lincoln Square stop (stop number 3) on Swanston Street.
Parking
Metered two- and four-hour parking is available in the surrounding streets. The University Square car park is located adjacent to the Law School building beneath University Square. Enter from 244 Bouverie Street or 206 Berkeley Street. Lifts operate to all levels.

Accessing the Law Library
The Law School building has two entrances on Pelham Street that are wheelchair accessible.
The entrance to the Law Library is on Level 3. Lifts are located in the centre of the building. The Library has an internal lift located on the western side of the building that provides access to Levels 3, 4, and 5.
Assistance retrieving items
Law Library staff will retrieve items from the collection on request. If you require assistance, please ask at the Service Desk on Level 3.
Sensory room
A sensory room is located on Level 4 of the Library (Room 437) for use by University of Melbourne students. The room is equipped with adjustable lighting and comfortable seating. Bookings can be made via DiBS.
