Gaire Blunt Scholarship

The Gaire Blunt Scholarship is offered by the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia for papers on a topic in the field of competition law.

  • This recognises a publishable paper on a topic in the field of competition law. Applicants must be at a junior stage of their career in Australia, which can be as a practising lawyer, academic or member of the public service or corporate sector. They should have no more than four years’ experience in the field of competition law. The entered paper must be less than 10,000 words and unpublished, and the recipient should be prepared to deliver their paper at a conference, workshop or seminar of the Business Law Section.
