Included in the panelists were Richard Taylor (Professor of Hydrogeology, University College London), Sandie McHugh (A/Director, WA Department of Water and Environmental Regulation), Huw Calford (Solicitor, Environmental Defenders Office), Andrew McCallum (Principal Groundwater Strategist, NSW Department of Planning and Environment).
