The Chief Investigators were assisted by Dr Emma Nyhan who was the project’s Research Fellow. Project collaborators include the contributors to the Special Issue : Karen J Alter, Henry Burmester, Bill Campbell, Douglas Guilfoyle, Victor Kattan, Sir Kenneth Keith, Natalie Klein, Emma Nyhan, Richard Rowe, Shirley V Scott, Tim Stephens and Philippa Webb. The Special Issue is dedicated to the memory of Judge James Crawford AC SC FBA, whose vast contribution to international adjudication is evident in many of the project outputs.   The Chief Investigators are grateful to James Crawford and others who sat with them in informal or formal interviews, including Gareth Evans, Gavan Griffith, Susan Kenny, Henry Burmester, Christopher Greenwood, Sir Kenneth Keith, Bill Campbell, Ernst Wilheim, Richard Rowe, Matthew Neuhaus, Don Rothwell, Ian Callinan and Jan Linehan.
