Visas

If your application is successful, you will receive a formal offer and a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). The CoE is an official document issued to international students by universities in Australia. It confirms that you have accepted a place in a course and have paid your tuition fees (if applicable) and Overseas Student Health Cover premium (OSHC).

You will need your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) to apply for a student visa.

Commencement

Upon arrival, the Office for Research at Melbourne Law School will organise a meeting upon your commencement of the program to finalise your enrolment into the program and answer any queries you may have.

Workspace

Please note that requests for individual workspaces cannot be accommodated. Visiting PhD candidates are granted access to a shared hot-desk space in the Law School.
