MCLE members are conducting interdisciplinary research on the challenges and possibilities for law to address the impact of climate change both domestically and internationally. This includes in the areas of climate litigation, energy transition and ocean management.

The Australian Climate Change Database records litigation (including settled cases and court orders) on issues of climate change in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
